1. Research Products Are Generally Non-Returnable

Due to the nature of laboratory research materials, product-integrity requirements, storage sensitivity, and contamination risks, products cannot generally be returned or exchanged after they have been shipped.

We cannot accept returns of:

  • Products with broken or removed seals;

2. Order Cancellations

We will attempt to accommodate your request if the order has not entered processing or fulfillment. Once an order has been prepared, packaged, or transferred to the shipping carrier, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery. Contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery if:

  • A product arrived visibly damaged;
  • The package contained an incorrect product;
  • An item was missing from the order;
  • The product seal was compromised upon arrival; or

Please retain the product and all original packaging until the claim has been resolved. Do not return or discard any item unless instructed to do so.

5. Return Authorization

Products must not be returned without prior written authorization from Agape Peptides.

If a return is approved, we will provide instructions and the applicable return address. Unauthorized returns may be refused and may not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Approval to return a product does not automatically guarantee that a refund will be issued. Returned items may be inspected before a final decision is made.

6. Approved Resolutions

After reviewing an eligible claim, Agape Peptides may offer one of the following resolutions:

  • Full refund of the eligible product price.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear in your account. Actual processing times depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Original shipping charges, expedited-delivery fees, payment-processing charges, and return-shipping costs are non-refundable unless the refund results from an error by Agape Peptides or applicable law requires otherwise.

8. Shipping Delays

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Agape Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers;
  • Severe weather;
  • Natural disasters;
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses;

A carrier delay alone does not automatically qualify an order for a refund.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking information shows no delivery and the package appears to be lost, contact us so we can review the shipment and, where appropriate, initiate a claim with the carrier.

If tracking confirms delivery, Agape Peptides is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery. Customers should verify the delivery address and arrange for secure receipt of their orders.

Any replacement or refund offered for a lost shipment will depend on the carrier investigation, available evidence, and applicable law.

10. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address may be the customer’s responsibility. We cannot guarantee replacement or refund of an order delivered to the address entered during checkout.

11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Please contact us before initiating a payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

Submitting a fraudulent chargeback, providing false claim information, or failing to return an item after receiving a conditional refund may result in account restrictions and other remedies permitted by law.
